The basic model uses 80 or 112 mm paper rolls and is the only printer of this type to give users a choice of roll width.

Compact dimensions and an attractive design make the OST 10 an ideal tool for a full range of applications.

Paper loading couldn't be easier: the user simply inserts the new roll, closes the cover and the printer aligns the paper in the right position under the printhead. For normal operations, the OST 10 prints at a speed of 135mm/sec on the 112 mm paper roll (42 lines per second).

The printer is equipped with a full selection of drivers: Win 95/98/2000 and NT, and, as from November, OPOS. It also provides special drivers for personalised logos, font management and A4 management of 112 mm rolls. The basic model features a 230400 bps serial interface (or parallel interface on the OST 10P).

If required, it can be configured with other interfaces such as RS485, RS422 or USB. Substitution is a straightforward operation, which can be easily performed on the user site. The 112 mm automatic tear-bar is a standard feature on all models.
